NEXT VERSE ALSO IMPORTANT

We have all seen the “John 3:16” signs. I am sure the signs benefit someone. I love to see them at large events. This verse states: “ For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that who ever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” NIV. This is the decision all of us need to make. It is not enough to know there is a God and go to church every Sunday. This has nothing to do with being religious. This is having a personal relationship with God. Eternal life is by seeking God for forgiveness and allowing him to be the leader of your life. God will come in judgement of all our sins as individuals and as a nation. Weather this includes murder, living together, stealing or ignoring God, he will judge us all. My sin can be anger. Give me Parkinson’s, or kidney stones my faith will grow. Give me a bad signal on my cell or can’t find my keys, and sometimes I may lose it. Dale. This is sad. But forgiveness can come through God for anything. This is why I believe the next verse is just as important. He came to save us and the world. John 3:17 says, “For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him”. NIV. Wow, want a verse. God pursues us for forgiveness and not condemnation. What area of your life do you need to get better control of?

Next blog will be about another verse which usually is not included with the prior verses.
